and P.S. I forgot to mention that I now have a South African penguin named after me! My friends Michaelle and Claire are in Africa saving the penguins, and look at this adorable one they named for me...

I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma late August, 2009, just one month before I was to marry my love. 4 years later with chemo, bone marrow transplant and many alternative treatments, we made a drastic move to the mountains coupled with finding a doctor to give me hope through radiation. Now I am cancer-free. This has been an incredible journey of the mind, body and spirit and what a journey it has been.
